Pantograph Charging System
HK series split type pantograph system is a kind of high-power quick charging equipment developed by Hiconics Intelligent Company. It is mainly used to provide fast charging for pure electric buses. The product has two modes of AC input and DC input and the whole charging system is composed of "charging module cabinet + charging interface", which makes maintenance more convenient and customers have better experience.
The pantograph adopts streamline design, which makes it look more fashionable. The charging module cabinet is treated with galvanizing and multi-layer spraying, and its mechanical characteristics are greater than IK10. With waterproof, dustproof and anti-corrosion protection functions, the system could achieve a protection class of IP54 and its design could meet environment protection demand. The system has combined the charging interface, HMI, battery charger, communication, billing system functions together.
With modular design concept, the system has easily achieved convenient installation, commissioning and simple maintenance as well. The pantograph system could be applied in large parking lot, bus station and other places.
Unique features of HK SERIES Split Type Pantograph System
A. Large Current Output Mode
PLC carrier communication is adopted to realize accurate positioning and data interaction during charging between the bus and pantograph, which has greatly improved the charging security and charging connection errors have been prevented also.
-The stability of PLC carrier communication is relatively higher and meet ISO15118 standard.
-The maximum output current can reach 800A aims to satisfy fast charging of bus system and commuter system.
B. "Power + Charging" Split Structure Design
-Split structure design concept is adopted to separate the power part and the charging interface, which is convenient for installation and maintenance.
-The charging interface adopts schunk brand which is imported from Germany and charging stability has been ensured by good electrical components.
-Fluid mechanics structural design makes the pantograph appearance beautiful and generous and steel frame design has ensured pantograph safe and reliable.
C. Safe Control Mode
-With the output/input overvoltage, undervoltage, overcurrent, abnormal frequency, output overflow voltage, short circuit, emergency stop, access control, leakage current, lightning surge protection functions and hot insertion and extraction function aims to ensure safe charging.
D. Comprehensive Charging Solutions
-The charging interface of both falling type and rising type could be provided and the input mode of AC input and DC input could be selected by the customer.
-Could supply a comprehensive solution of pantograph system and the electric bus.
